Post-Pandemic Planning
in the New Normal
A nonprofit board originally intent on strategic planning was forced instead to address the impact of the pandemic. The pivot included an environmental scan, facilitation of values, and identification of short-term objectives and a decision-making framework for unplanned and unknown opportunities. Results included near-term board goals and increased support for CEO decision-making during a crisis.

Interim Executive Director
Served as interim executive director for new early child literacy non-profit. Focused on partner identification (including individual local early care providers) and development, program strategy and delivery. Identified advisors and supported the hiring and onboarding of permanent executive director. Results included fulfillment of ambitious near-term goals and framework for continuing growth. ​

Talent Strategy
Created and managed talent strategy and performance management for national nonprofit start-up, including: talent strategy, recruitment, culture cultivation, retreats and performance management processes. Results included diverse talent pipeline, role clarification and competencies, implementation of feedback tools to support performance.

Strengthen Partnerships
Developed and delivered year-long capacity building program for over 40 nonprofit partners to the National Park Service. Included theory of change, program development and, for individual engagements: organizational assessments, coaching executive directors and boards and facilitated strategy sessions. Evaluated results included measurable increase in revenue and stronger partnerships.
