If you have found your way to this page you are a Generalist in need and ready to take the next step to understand your unique value, narrative, and career plan. This course is a pragmatic, cost-effective approach for Generalists seeking to transform their self-awareness, confidence, and career.
Essentials Course Overview
Led by certified coaches who are also experienced Generalists, this course combines pre-session videos, six 90-minute virtual group sessions with three 1:1 coaching sessions on course topics, career questions, and/or leadership challenges. Pre-work, new content, and opportunities for discussion, practice, and reflection are included. We celebrate accomplishments and lock in new connections at the end of the experience.

Narrative Development - Develop a narrative that communicates your value as a Generalist and ensures credits for your accomplishments.

Context: Power & Pitfalls - Understand the power, pitfalls, and place of the Generalist, including how to vet the environment, customize roles, and assess performance.

Development & Growth - Identify areas for your professional focus and growth. Create career direction.
