If you have found your way to this page you are a Generalist in need and ready to take the next step to understand your unique value, narrative, and career plan. This course is a pragmatic, cost-effective approach for Generalists seeking to transform their self-awareness, confidence, and career.
Essentials Course Overview
Led by certified coaches who are also experienced Generalists, this course combines pre-session videos, six 90-minute virtual group sessions with three 1:1 coaching sessions on course topics, career questions, and/or leadership challenges. Pre-work, new content, and opportunities for discussion, practice, and reflection are included. We celebrate accomplishments and lock in new connections at the end of the experience.

Narrative SPRINT - Generalist Essentials

NARRATIVE SPRINT Overview
This six-hour, small-group workshop is explicitly focused on helping Generalists develop a unique value statement and narrative outline as a foundation for personal brand, application materials, and answering that fundamental question; "what do you do." Four 90-minute sessions will be held over two days.
